Bramalea City Centre

Morguard enlisted RYCOM as their Smart Solutions provider to deploy the Smart Data Analytics Solution for Bramalea City Centre with the goal of achieving full visibility into the two disparate Building Automation Systems supporting the 1.5 million square feet of retail space.

One Queen Street East

Cushman & Wakefield Property Management engaged RYCOM, as their Master Integration Team to orchestrate the holistic planning and execution of the multi-phased Smart Strategy for the landmark complex, One Queen Street East.

1 Prologis Blvd.

Triovest partnered with RYCOM to implement a Smart and integrated Data Analytics Platform for Prologis Blvd with the goal of having real-time visibility into building systems, energy savings, operational cost savings and enhanced comfort.

Canada Centre

Owned by the Federal Government and managed by BGIS, Canada Centre is one of one hundred buildings across Canada selected to be a part of the Smart Building Initiative led by Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC). In support of the initiative’s goal to lower energy costs and greenhouse gas emissions, PSPC engaged Smart Tech leader, RYCOM, to install the RYCOM Data Analytics Platform at this site.

Carling Campus

Carling Campus was selected to be among the 100 properties participating in the Smart Building Initiative led by Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC). In support of this initiative, PSPC engaged Smart Tech leader, RYCOM, to install the RYCOM Data Analytics Platform at Carling Campus to monitor 4 of the 11 buildings.

Devon Tower

Oxford Properties Group partnered with Smart Tech leader, RYCOM, in anticipation of the planned Building Automation System (BAS) upgrade for this top Class “AA” office tower. The BAS upgrade was the impetus for evaluating, designing and implementing a new building owned BBN.

KingSett Capital

With the goal of creating a Smart Vision that aligns with the company’s core values, KingSett engaged, Smart Tech leader, RYCOM, to create an agile and executable Smart Strategy with the depth, flexibility, scalability and modularity to be applicable across KingSett’s diverse portfolio.


Recognizing the advantage of investing in Smart Building infrastructure to protect the investments in its high-performance building systems, property management team, Oxford Properties Group, engaged Smart Tech leader, RYCOM, to converge all of the MetroCentre’s building systems onto a single Base Building Network.

Mississauga Executive Centre

Colliers International, engaged Smart Tech leader, RYCOM, to lead the MEC Smart Campus Strategy that was instrumental in transforming MEC into the premier Smart and Connected office campus it is today.

Oxford Canadian National Portfolio

Oxford Properties Group partnered with Smart Tech leader, RYCOM, to develop the Smart and Connected Vision and Smart Strategy for the entire Canadian National Portfolio.

Yorkdale Shopping Centre

With the goals of taking full ownership of its technology infrastructure, positioning the site for Smart Building innovation, and increasing operational efficiency, Yorkdale and RYCOM worked together to install a Base Building Network (BBN) that today has scaled into the largest and most complex BBN in Oxford’s portfolio.

Yorkville Village

First Capital Realty Inc., enlisted Smart Tech leader, RYCOM, to lead a first-of-its-kind Smart Tech Pilot while the property was undergoing a major redevelopment project. RYCOM then worked within the strict timelines of the redevelopment project to design and deploy the additional requirement of a Base Building Network for the new Building Automation System installation.

Commerce Court

RYCOM was engaged to transform an underutilized Base Building Network (BBN) into a functional and redundant BBN that created connectivity between all four buildings on the four-acre campus located in heart of Toronto’s Financial District. With the addition of the RYCOM Telecom Riser Management program, Commerce Court also benefited from extensive cable abatement and a secure, consistent process for managing telecom activity throughout the complex.
